Robert Kwas

American Academy of Art. He
has exhibited nationally and his work appears in corporate and private
collections across the U.S. Bob
is represented by the Deer Path Gallery in Lake Forest, the Harrison
Street Cooperative Gallery in Oak Park, the Oak Park Art League, and the
Geneva Artists & Gallery in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
Bob has long been involved with the League and is honored in this
show for his service.

Marcia Palazzolo
Untitled
(Art League), 1992, photograph Palazzolo holds a master’s degree in photography
from the Institute of Design at the IIT.
She is a long-time photography educator, having held teaching
posts at Elmhurst College, Concordia University, and Dominican
University. She has been a
freelance photographer for many years, concentrating on architectural
work. She is represented by Photographic Mon Trésor, an
international photo stock house in Tokyo, Japan.
Marcia is honored in this show for her many years of service.

Audrey Warnimont Brown The
Sacred Lies in the Ordinary, 1992, watercolor Brown is a signature member of the Illinois
Watercolor Society. She
studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and graduated from
the American Academy of Art. She
is represented in several Midwest galleries and is the recipient of
numerous awards. She is
also a co-founder of Palette and Palate painting and culinary tours of
Italy. Audrey is honored in
this show for her many years of service to the Art League.

Gene Vitale

years of service to the Art League. This painting is on loan for this exhibit.

Phyllis
De Sio Untitled,
colored pencil Phyllis studied at Ray Vogue School of Design
and the College of DuPage. Her
work is featured in three books of art technique and is included in many
corporate and private collections. She
is the recipient of awards from major art fairs and has served as juror
for shows throughout the Chicago area.
Phyllis served the Art League for many years in many capacities,
and is honored in this show for her many years of service.

Rick Smith Untitled,
ca. 2000, mixed media Artist Member Rick Smith graduated from Auburn
University and spent over 20 years as a commercial artist.
He long had an interest in producing fine art though and has
realized this dream in recent years.
He is one of the newer members of the League and his Harrison
Street Gallery show in June/July 01 was well-attended.
His works incorporating collage, experimental photographic
processes, text, symbols, and computer manipulation proved to be quite
popular. This piece is on loan for this exhibit.
